PLEASE NOTE:

Unfortunately, because of the large numbers of emails I get from all kinds of people about all kinds of things I am simply not able to respond to them all. If you don't hear back from me I'm sorry about that, but the only way I can respond to every email would be to make that my full time job which is probably not the best outcome for anyone.

Also, and I just want to make this specifically clear, regretably I am not able to respond to email requests for advice. Quite aside from the time constraints it simply wouldn't be good practice to do that. The last thing I want to do is give you some "shoot from the hip" email advice which could well be wrong.

The other thing to be aware of is that, because of some major projects I have on the go, I am unable to see any new clients until August 2010. If you click here I do have some suggestions on where to start looking to find someone in your area who may be able to help you sooner.
